We think it’s important to reward our customer’s loyalty and as such offer personal discounts to customers who have given us their custom.  We offer three levels of discount based on loyalty which are available on all products in our store.

Bronze

If your total spend with Bigmech exceeds £100 within the last 12 months we will automatically upgrade your account to Bronze status giving you the benefit of an extra 5% discount off of all products in store.

Silver

If your total spend within the last 12 months exceeds £250 we will upgrade your account to receive a discount of 10%.

Gold

If your total spend is over £500 within the last 12 months your account will automatically be upgraded to receive a discount of 12.5%.

Your account status will change depending on your total spend within the last 12 months.

Once you have signed in to your account you will see the prices change according to your current status.

If your account remains unused for a period of one year you will automatically be downgraded to a standard account.
